Rachael Cook

 Rachael Cook. Cook (born October 4 in 1978) is an American actress. She has appeared in the films The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That(99) as well as Josie and the Pussycats (2000) as well as on the television shows Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart and Robot Chicken are her voices. She also voiced several characters in Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. Rachael Cook is the daughter of Thomas Howard Cook, a comedian and former social worker and JoAnn Cook, who is weaver and teacher of cooking. She is a part-Italian and from Italian descent. Cook was first seen first in a commercial for foster care at seven years old. She started her career as an infant model when she was 10 and was featured in national advertisements for Target and on Milk-Bone dog biscuits. She was a student at Clara Barton Open School at Laurel Springs School and Minneapolis South High School.
